Tom is an offshore professional and entrepreneur with more than 11 years of hands-on experience across dredging and offshore operations. He began offshore as a Fallpipe/ROV Operator (2014–2020) and, since 2021, has also worked as a freelance Bargemaster, supporting complex vessel and project moves. In May 2023 he became Managing Director of Dewaele Maritime Consultancy, operating from Croatia and assisting clients with crewing, mobilization and operational coordination.

As Founder & Managing Director of DMC Offshore, Tom builds on that field experience: fast response, clear communication, and a practical focus on safety, compliance and uptime for both ship managers and seafarers.

Jeroen is a Chief Engineer with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the technical management, maintenance and repair of dredging and other offshore vessels. Since 2016 he has worked independently via Wolfco, supporting operators and yards with mobilisations, dry-docks, riding squads, commissioning and breakdown troubleshooting.

Earlier in his career he progressed through the engineering ranks with major dredging and offshore drilling operators, ultimately serving as Chief Engineer. He works to class, flag and HSE standards and brings a practical, results-driven approach—combining fast fault-finding with preventive maintenance planning. Relevant training includes high-voltage, TIG welding, lifting certification and OPITO security tasks.

Claude is a seasoned maritime executive with over 30 years of international experience in ship management, crewing, and LNG/LPG shipping and infrastructure projects. He currently leads the French office of a leading shipowner and has previously held director-level roles overseeing HSEQ, marine operations, and offshore projects.

His expertise spans shipping in general, with a particular focus on liquefied gas, maritime safety, and crew leadership—including the management of international teams of more than 1,000 seafarers. His career covers projects across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. Claude brings strategic insight, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of offshore logistics to the DMC Offshore leadership team.

Anna anchors day-to-day operations at DMC Offshore. With 10+ years in the maritime supply and services chain, she is the first point of contact for clients and crew—coordinating schedules, solving problems in real time, and keeping projects moving.

She knows the right people and the right sequence: from vendor sourcing and port/agent liaison to permits, visas and regulatory documentation. Detail-driven and always available, Anna turns complexity into clear next steps so vessels, teams and timelines stay aligned.
