Tom is an offshore professional and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of hands-on experience across dredging and offshore operations. He began offshore as a Fallpipe/ROV Operator (2014–2020) and, since 2021, has also worked as a freelance Bargemaster, supporting complex vessel and project moves. In May 2023 he became Managing Director of Dewaele Maritime Consultancy, operating from Croatia and assisting clients with crewing, mobilization and operational coordination.

As Founder & Managing Director of DMC Offshore, Tom builds on that field experience: fast response, clear communication, and a practical focus on safety, compliance and uptime for both ship managers and seafarers.

Claude is a seasoned maritime executive with over 30 years of international experience in ship management, crewing, and LNG/LPG shipping and infrastructure projects. He currently leads the French office of a leading shipowner and has previously held director-level roles overseeing HSEQ, marine operations, and offshore projects.

His expertise spans shipping in general, with a particular focus on liquefied gas, maritime safety, and crew leadership—including the management of international teams of more than 1,000 seafarers. His career covers projects across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. Claude brings strategic insight, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of offshore logistics to the DMC Offshore leadership team.

Jeroen is a Chief Engineer with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the technical management, maintenance and repair of dredging and other offshore vessels. Since 2016 he has worked independently via Wolfco, supporting operators and yards with mobilisations, dry-docks, riding squads, commissioning and breakdown troubleshooting.

Earlier in his career he progressed through the engineering ranks with major dredging and offshore drilling operators, ultimately serving as Chief Engineer. He works to class, flag and HSE standards and brings a practical, results-driven approach—combining fast fault-finding with preventive maintenance planning. Relevant training includes high-voltage, TIG welding, lifting certification and OPITO security tasks.

Ana is an Account Manager and Data Protection Officer at DMC Offshore, with more than 10 years of experience in maritime supply and services. Her account management work focuses on client communication, coordination of service requirements, and follow-up with internal teams and operational partners. Her background includes work with vendors, ports, and agents, as well as coordination of permits, visas, and related documentation.

In her Data Protection Officer role, Ana advises on personal data protection, monitors related compliance, and acts as a point of contact for data protection matters. Across both roles, she emphasizes clear communication, careful documentation, and timely coordination, helping clients and colleagues understand requirements and follow the appropriate next steps.

Frane is the Crewing & HR Manager at DMC Offshore, with more than 10 years of experience across human resources, recruitment, personnel coordination, and operational support. His role encompasses management of crewing and HR operations, strategic workforce planning, and oversight of the complete crewing cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to mobilization, rotations, and demobilization. His professional background also includes HR business partnering, international recruitment, and HR consulting.

His responsibilities include oversight of HR processes, personnel administration, and employee relations, alongside management of key client relationships and support for negotiations. Close coordination with international clients, seafarers, agencies, and operational partners supports well-prepared crew assignments and continuity across projects. His approach places particular emphasis on clear communication, documentation, compliance, and reliable service.
